This notice describes how Inkall Global Technology Limited handles information collected through inkall.ai. It does not cover the separate Noesis, Actum or Studio product services, which publish their own notices.
Information we collect
- Information you provide directly through the contact form: your name, email address, organization if you supply one, the subject you select, and the content of your message. - Standard technical information recorded when a page is served, such as request time and browser type. - Your language preference, stored in your browser so the site opens in the language you chose.
How we use it
- To read and respond to enquiries you send us.
- To keep the site secure and working correctly.
- To remember your language preference between visits.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use contact form submissions for advertising.
Storage in your browser
The site stores one value in your browser to remember which language you chose. It contains only a language code. Clearing your browser storage removes it, and the site will fall back to English or to your browser's preferred language.
Retention
Enquiries are retained for as long as needed to respond and to keep a record of the conversation, and are then deleted.
